Someone once said that anything worth doing was worth the wait. Boy what true words they are. I have joined a group to aid in losing weight and to say I have been discouraged would be an understatement. I know that this group is a key part to my weight-loss success but it has been difficult for me to see the silver lining at the end of the tunnel. I apologize to all who have had to see my sadness but I thank them as well for their spoken and unspoken support. I have vowed to keep a better attitude and will try to remember that I will succeed but it will take some time. I know that it won't happen overnight but - it's going to happen!! Thank you to all who keep supporting me even though I don't always make it easy!
I will keep myself busy on this rainy day with housework and stitching and will be enjoying the company of neighbour's of ours later in the evening. An added treat is that my nieces, Jessica and Kaitlyn, are down for the weekend and seeing them always puts a smile on my face and in my heart! I truly do have much to be thankful for in my life!

you can do it and to say that we're all in this together is an understatement. Sometimes we all need that little piece of encouragement to learn a new lifestyle, especially when it is from the honesty of a good friend or two.
