Well this week I was faced with a job offer in a different area of the hospital where I work. There were many benefits but upon further discussions with the manager of the unit - there were a few scary things for me to deal with on a daily basis. I can usually handle many situations but after an afternoon and evening of soul seaarching - I am going to turn this job down. I realize that the grass isn't always greener on the other side and I don't have it that bad where I work now. I think I have been so busy focusing on the negative things with my job that I have been overlooking many, many positives with my job! I know I am making the right choice and feel just great in doing so.
I think I will go celebrate tonight with some stitching and my DH is taking me out for dinner tomorrow to celebrate things anyways!
